International Center for Theatrical Research and Training
The center's activities relate to Jerzy Grotowski's work on theater, his research on PARATHEATRE, THEATER OF SOURCES and OBJECTIVE DRAME as well as on his exploration on the roots of performing arts.
The summer workshops apply these ideas to the training and craft of the actor with participants from all over the world.
Teachers are among others Maud Robart, Jairo Cuesta, James Slowiak, Zygmunt Molik, Rena Mirecka and Katharina Seyferth.
Since July 2005 the Center opened its doors and to young artists who want to present their work. As often as possible representations from the field of theater, music, dance, performance or clowning are organised for the local public.
If you have a project to propose please do not hesitate to contact us.
Special arrangements can be made for outside groups or organisations to rent the facilities on a weekly or monthly basis.
