Prepayment

You can send the prepayment by :

• Cheque

  whichshould be made out in Euro made out to the order of LAS TEOULERES If the cheque comes from a European or other foreign country please add 10 Euro for charges.

• Money-order to

  LAS TEOULERES CIRFT Las Téoulères F-32250 Labarrere

• Western Union to

  Postoffice in Condom Name and adress: Katharina Seyferth, Las Téoulères, F-32250 Labarrere. Communicate the code to us.

• Pay Pal

  you might effectuate your payment with paypal which allows you to use your creditcard and is actually the easiest way for all payments from the non euro region. To use this possibility you need to have an e-mail adress and to let us know that you want to use PayPal. We will than send you a request for payment. ( cost for this transfer 10 euros )

• Canceling :

  In case of cancelation befor the beginning of the workshop :

  • more than 21 days, the deposit will be refunded except 10 Euros handling fee.
  • after 21 days no prepayment will be refunded.
  • 7 days or less the whole workshop-fee is due.

In case the necessary number of participants will not be attained the CIRFT reserves itself the right to cancel the workshop. In this case all prepayment will be refunded within 10 days.
